Your job on the day is to enjoy the celebration and ensure that you can relax, maximising time with the people you love most. Our On the Day Wedding Coordination package allows you to do just that.
Our job on the day is to minimise the stress for both of you and your bridal parties. You don’t want to spend your day running around, ensuring items and vendors are exactly where you want them, that is our job.
On the Day Wedding Coordination Package Inclusions:
- Overseeing all vendors as per their duties on the day and Coordinating any final vendor/supplier payments
- Set up of any items at your venues (e.g. lanterns, guest books, name cards, favours…)
- Oversee Ceremony, Reception and all general logistics of the day (including checking room layouts and floor plans)
- Ensure all key family members and bridal party are where they are meant to be
Put Simply, you want to be able to enjoy this celebration and be able to spend the maximum amount of time with your guests, but you also want peace of mind, knowing everything will work out just as you have envisioned.
